Teas

Rosemary and Cinnamon Green Tea

  • 1 serving green tea leaves
  • small sprig of rosemary, freshly cut if possible
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Prepare warm water to 175˚F and pour over green tea leaves. Steep for two minutes and remove the tea leaves. Add the sprig of rosemary and top with a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Canadian Maple Black Tea

  • 1 serving black tea leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Prepare boiling water and allow to cool for 30 seconds before pouring over black tea leaves. Add the Canadian maple syrup and top with ground cinnamon.

Sleepy Thyme Camomile

  • 1 serving camomile tea
  • 4 sprigs of thyme, freshly cut if possible
  • 1 lemon wedge

Prepare boiling water and allow to cool for 30 seconds before pouring over camomile. Remove camomile after steeping for 3-4 minutes and replace with the sprigs of time. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Cocktails

Delicious Dessert Espresso Martini

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz irish cream
  • 1 oz espresso coffee
  • (optional) Garnish with coffee beans and chocolate sauce

Combine all liquids in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake until thoroughly chilled. Serve in a martini glass and top with garnish.

Light and Tart Skinny Margarita

  • Juice of 1 whole lime
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • Club soda
  • (Optional) Garnish with lime medallion and salt or sugar rim

Apply salt or sugar to half of the rim of a margarita glass. Pour lime juice, tequila, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker over the ice. Cap, shake until thoroughly chilled, and pour into margarita glass. Top with club soda and mix lightly. Garnish with a medallion of lime.

Barcelona Style Red Sangria

  • 1 cup affordable red wine
  • 1 tbsp table sugar
  • 10 pieces diced apples
  • 3 citrus wedges
  • 5 berries

If time permits, make a pitcher ahead of time by combining ingredients for four drinks in a large container and store in a cold environment up to 24hrs prior to consumption. Serve by pouring over ice in a large round wine glass.

If preparing to order, fill a large round wine glass with ice and add table sugar and fruit. Fill with red wine and mix gently. Serve with a straw.

  • Juice of one whole lemon
  • 1-1/2 oz limoncello
  • 1-1/2 oz vodka
  • (optional) garnish with lemon wedge
