Prime Rib Night

We take our time cooking prime rib. Tuesday the roast is hand trimmed and marinated over night. Wednesday the roast is slowly smoked over our wood grill. Thursday we gently cook the roast at low temperature and let it rest before serving.

Served with our blue cheese popover, choice of side and roasted onion jus ~ $22
